WTF??
So there's this girl, right? She went away one fine day of 1984, and literally just came back from the dead, with seven kids and one hell of a story. She's been held captive for 24 years. I was just one when she started her descent in hell. I'm 25 now. All I did in my life, all the people I met, all the things I experienced, the flavours, the smells, the colors, everything that brought me here today could be contained in that tiny space in which she was help captive. Her and her three children.
Kind of puts things back into perpective...

Face cane (Remix)
This is my very first face cane. The leftovers were put together, rolled flat, covered in gold leaf, sliced, stacked, and treated mokume-gane style. Strange result, but quite nice.
Voila ma toute premiere cane visage. Les restes on ete ete assembles, aplatis, recouverts de feuille d'or, coupes, empiles, et traite a la facon mokume-gane. Resultat etrange, mais pas trop mal.
Chocolate
A bit of a random result for this lot: the beads came from a cane (brown/cognac/gold) that was used to make hair on a face cane. The non used bits were all put together, sliced and rolled onto scrap clay.
Un resultat du au hasard pour cette serie: les perles viennent d'une cane (marron/cognac/dore) utilisee pour faire les cheveux d'une cane visage. Les bouts non utilises ont ete assembles, tranches et appliques sur de la pate scrap.

First ever thing I made. Shaping the beads took me ages, the varnishing was crap, though. But I still like it :)
Tout premier truc que j'ai fait. Former les perles m'a pris des heures, et le vernis n'est pas terrible. Mais je l'aime quand meme :)
